Canterbury Athletics Record!

Canterbury Athletics Record!

Jody McCarthy-Dempsey was lucky enough to be selected for the Canterbury Children's Athletics Team to compete last weekend in Nelson, Canterbury vs Tasman.

Jody got 1st in 60m and 1st in long jump and did a PB of 3.48m.

But best of all, Jody got 1st in discus and broke the Canterbury 7yr old girls record, and threw 16.74m!!

Canterbury won the cup against Tasman, no doubt from Jody's amazing results!
