Blake the tennis pro!

Blake competed  in the Ashburton Open over the weekend.

In the two day tournament, Blake played 5 matches on the second day, taking out the singles and doubles title in the 10 year age group.

Well done Blake!  What an awesome achievement.

This week, we have been lucky enough to have Tom from the West Melton Tennis Club, come in and do a skill session with the Pukeko & Moa teams.

There were plenty of enthusiastic kids who are keen to take up a great summer sport!

Congratulations to our Y 7 & 8 Tennis Team, who recently competed at the Canterbury Summer Tennis Tournament at Wilding Park.

Macy, Meg, Sophie & Abbey came Third overall in the competition.
