We remember 22.02.11

Today we held a ceremony to remember those whose lives were lost or changed forever one year ago. We all stood in the words Kia Kaha, sang, observed two minutes silence at 12.51pm, laid flowers and released red and black balloons.

Carnival Week to begin the year

To start the 2012 “Carnival” theme, the Moa Team teachers and children organised our first celebration week, planning daily school-wide activities, including a ‘Who am I?’ school orientation challenge, Zumba, games and sports. What a fantastic way to make new friends and reconnect with each other!
