Congratulations
to Wearable Arts winners Mackenzie D and Sarah S with their entry
‘Swim for Life’ and to Katie G and Kate C with their entry ‘It’s
not about the Killing’. These children will now have the opportunity to
participate in the 2012 Cultural Festival, taking part in two matinee
performances, on Wednesday 5 September and Friday 7 September.
We were very privileged to host Carl
Meyer, Olympic rower in Athens 2004 and Beijing 2008 as guest Wearable Arts
judge. Carl also spoke to the children about his Olympic experiences and
answered questions in the Olympic hot seat.
