Wackiness in West Melton!!

The West Melton School Student Executive held a Wacky Day at school. All the students and teachers were able to dress in their 'wackiest' clothing, wigs and assorted face paints and masks for the day. A special school assembly was held and all students were able to parade with their respective classes to show off their wacky attire. The 'wackiest' outfits, as judged by the student executive, were presented with medals and ice blocks to celebrate their efforts in dressing themselves creatively and with flair. Year 6 student, Jack Burns, who was judged the wackiest boy costume in his class, wore a psychedelic orange and yellow top, flourescent green and blue trousers, a vampire cape and a haunted house mask with yellow teeth. He enjoyed wearing his costume for the day and commented that 'the wacky day was fun and it was good to see all my friends dress up in some funny clothing, including three boys in our class who wore tutus!!"
